Eat Something (Healthy) Before Leaving Home for Long-
It has been advised prevalently to eat something healthy before heading out to shopping, mall, theatre, or anywhere. The first reason why you should follow this tip is the fact that we are attracted to junk food more than vegetable salads, and this is why eating some junk is the first thing you will do after leaving home starving.
Since you are to have some hard work such as walking miles and roaming in the mall for some special discounts, your body needs energy. And it needs food in the form of carbs, proteins etc. to generate energy required. Starving in the long run, possibly may lead to weight gain instead of weight loss.
Drink Ample Amount of Water and Substitute it with Beverages-

It is wise to switch to healthy vegetables and salad if you already are on your fat loss journey. Switching to veggies is to let go carb and fat containing foods such as meat, oil, cheese, and sometimes even potato. However, it is wise to skip these things and consume them alternately or less instead of not consuming them at all.
Foods like meat and egg are good source of proteins, thus providing necessary nutrients essential for generating energy for intense work out and diet.
